1. Income
Simply take a picture, upload, add notes if you want to and create as many manual entries as you need. They can be weekly, monthly or annual entries – it’s up to you.
2. Expenses
Take as many photos of receipts as you need (including handwritten lists), upload from your phone and fill in the simple form.
3. Mileage
Every time you record a journey, the total miles will increase by that amount. All you have to do is fill in the record a journey, add any notes if you want to and submit. If you’ve got a regular journey, you can select this to make it even easier to add frequent journeys.
4. Accountants
This is where you can record any letters and information relating to your account. Add letters from HMRC, or see letters we’ve received on your behalf, you can upload any documents you may need us to log and sign or download documents from us. You’ll even receive notifications if we need you to action or sign anything.
